Some People Go: A Children's Missionary Story- Review

Thank you to the authors' sister/sister-in-law for giving me this book for review

illustrated by: Rasa Craig

"Some people go and some people stay, the most important thing is that we obey."

What a powerful and compact story about the power of missions and leaning into where God has called you to be. My church has a thing we say, and it is "Where God has us is where Jesus is." This book exemplifies that. The gospel is shared by the child character in a simple and concise way and shows how the conversations we have can lead to changed lives. This book is free on Kindle Unlimited, but the proceeds from the physical book sales pays for women to have surgeries. Chelsea Porter is a surgeon, and she gives women their life and dignity back, and reads the Bible with them.
