The 22 Murders of Madison May

written by: Max Barry

narrated by: Helen Laser rating: really liked

Madison May is a young, up and coming real estate agent hosting an open house when a man professes his love for her before he murders her. But that's just the beginning of the odd occurrences in this book. Felicity is a reporter who has gotten thrown onto the crime beat. But when investigating Madison May's murder ends up altering her life, she realizes that reality has shifted that there is something deeper going on here than just a murder. Now Felicity sets off, racing through realities, to save Madison May and to try and get her "real life" back.

I love how this book played with time and reality without bogging us down with the technicalities of how that is possible. Once you grasp the concept you are just allowed to become immersed in the thriller. And what a fun thriller it is!

Thanks to my friend @What_Amy_Reads for recommending this one to me.
