If you need a book for the summer, this is one you will want to be reading by a body of water while you lounge (or listen to while you do laundry and dream of lounging by a body of water). But make sure you have your tissues at the ready.
This book is full of heart, and a narrator for every perspective only adds to the excellent experience. This is a story about friendship, grief, love, second chances, family, and the place we call home. The settings are themselves characters joining a cast of believable, multifaceted, voices that compose the point of views. I was so wrapped up in all the facets of this story and didn't want to stop listening.
